MATERIAL:

✦ These are made with hypoallergenic, high-quality surgical steel posts and backings.

✦ Everything in Birch Street Studio is nickel, lead, and cadmium free.

✦ Everything is made with either birch or maple wood. 

DESIGN:

✦ Our unique and original designs are hand drawn on the computer, then laser cut and engraved into wood.

✦ All colour is hand painted and finished with several coats of protective lacquer.

✦ All of our work is unique to Birch Street Studio.

CARE & OTHER INFO: 

✦ Unlike other wooden earrings, our posts will not fall off when cared for properly, which includes removing your earrings before showering, swimming, and/or sleeping.

✦ Due to natural differences in wood and hand painting you may see slight variations from one piece to another, however this only increases their originality and sentiment! 

SHIPPING:

✦ All orders are processed (made, packed and sent to post) in 3-5 days.

✦ Tracking is not included. If you are in Canada and would like tracking, message me with your address before ordering and I will let you know the cost.

✦ US Customers can add tracking option directly at check out.

✦ Orders are shipped with Canada Post.

✦ Canada Post regular standard delivery times:

Canada: 5-8 business days

✦ If you are sending a gift directly to someone, please take advantage of the “Add gift message for free” option at check out! All messages are nicely hand written on cute note cards.

✦ Photos of what your order packaging will look like when received is a sample only. Packaging may vary slightly but will always be just as cute! 

✦ Orders are packaged two pairs of earrings per box. If you would like each pair to have it’s own box, please leave a message at check out; additional fees may apply.
